Why are charged mjolnir robes getting so many high bids (higher than an equivalent radiant one)?

Perhaps Charged is preferred over Radiant by players doing lots of PFUDOR Grindfests? I don't know why though, I'm not a mage, but I expect Charged to increase survivability more than Radiant.

Depends on your overall cast speed. Adding more starts to add exponentially less value and also depends on your proficiency (from memory) that affects cast speed?

For elemental I like to have one charged and one proficiency piece. Then the best depends on everything else as a mix of mystic and radiant.

For elemental mage doing PF-GF, using fewer Consumables, definitely 5 charged piece will be better.

Even 4 charged + 1 Radiant or 3 charged + 2 Radiant combinations, their used items are higher than 5 charged piece and cleared turns is approximate numbers.

I agree, 5 charged would be even better at PFfest. I like my current 3 charged 2 radiant build, because I want damage for arena's and for first half of Pffest. I try to optimize overall playing time.

If you do nothing outside of PF-GF sure, charged is better (probably similar turns but less cures and spirit lost).
But it's worse in:
arenas (significantly worse in SG arenas)
IW
RoBs

And most of all you end up with lover magic score so less HV e-penis.

For arenas, the forged level is more important.
I guess a complete-forged charged set is close to radiant one with lv20-30 forged at arenas.
Of course the best case is making both sets complete forged.
But it's inefficient at material cost for just arenas, you also have to switch between sets every day, that will be annoying.
And now the another competition between players is the PFfest clear turns.

Robe pieces are rare, except the only difference is Super was upgrading from a plain prefix and ariosty is upgrading from a peerless mystic piece I believe.

Arena is once a day, probably makes up for like 5% of time spent playing HV for any serious grinder especially if they don't run any IW services.

But lowers turns spent clearing PF-GF, another e-peen bragging metric.

thank you for pointing this out. i'd like to stress it a bit more every now and then, but at the same time i wouldn't want to sound like a broken record too.

It would also cost a lot more.
With same forging radiant forged to 5 (cost of forging = nothing) would be easily faster than charged in arenas since time spent on curing is already pretty low if we are still talking about rich elemental mage.

Well, Trifle is selling a radiant with better EDB @20M.
That's a pretty good value I'd say (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

If you count all arenas @PFUDOR I doubt that, it takes me 55 minutes to clear everything, even considering that good mage should be faster we would still be talking about at least 45 minutes.
Playing 20 times 45 minutes is slavery (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
At that point I would gladly get a second work and use the money to sell stars (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

For PFfest without using Flower Vase or Bubble-Gum.

Several months ago, frankmelody's Holy mage with no Imperil (67xxturns) and Wind mage with Imperil (71xxturns) probably was the fast record.

At this moment,
I knew Mao Motomiya's Wind mage (PTWD) with Imperil (72xxturns),
Trifle's Wind mage(PTWD) with Imperil (76xxturns) and Dark mage (LDWD) with Imperil (77xxturns),
LastNight GoodNight's Dark mage(PDWF) with Imperil (74xxturns),
and me (Elec Mage with Imperil is 78xx turns) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

That's awesome! Me, Cool Mage, I can do 96xx turns and about 1 hr. using Imperil. But I'm still forging and still leveling up.

Say, do the normal restrictions apply for private galleries?

Can I upload random stuff like pictures of my cat for my own viewing pleasure?

you'd better try with something non-private. or also to ask in gallery section. they will surely know more than us (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

on the other hand, before i modify my WTB: is there anyone with Peerless Zircon/Ruby/Cobalt/Amber Cotton Pants of useless suffix (Warding preferred) interested in selling it? i offer 50k for them. not interested in level and other such trivial things (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

So, I want to get access to the Orbital Friendship Cannon skill. The problem is that the requirements for that skill seem absurd. As in, less than 1% of the playerbase that plays more than occasionally are likely to have the skill.

Is this guess of the skill being, in practice, nearly impossible to get accurate? How realistic is this goal of getting the skill?

You can just buy the ponies you know besides grinding for them.
They're not even that expensive.
