over 1 week no legendary drops...
Been grinding like crazy regular, a bit weird that no legendaries. I played a lot on Hard during my IW-with-no-end, maybe I got struck by the drop penalty? Or maybe the easter artifacts reduce the chance for legendary drops?

I was going for 1 potency as first, reforge if not Pen. And because the staff is Soulfused, Hell gives directly 2 potenties. After the first day I swithched to Nightmare, also 1 potenty in first run. But maybe the damage had been done by then.

It's a trade-off between drop penalty vs. amnesia shards... You think I should go for hell in first round and 2 potenties per round?

mmm i can see the dilemma you have there. i did notice a lot more success get 5 of 1 potency doing the potencies one level at a time. sso yeah i guess hard would be the way to go then... you probably should have space it out a little more altho i know you're anxious to get that staff up and running? the drop penalty feels pretty hefty imo

penalty doesnt count for higher difficulties, but rest assured I also get even rarely any Mag's atm -.-
