When I was still attending university, my sleep schedule was from 4 to 7:45 AM.

Never suffered about it.

In some rare events I could go to sleep at 6.

By the way, when you sleep less than 4 hours, it doesn't really matter how much you sleep.
As long as you manage to get asleep, it's the same.

a couple of weeks is all it takes for me to hide my face. but at that point i have to start reducing it a bit because some white hair starts to show up. guess i'll start to ignore them when they'll be homogeneous enough.
