Parts of the software stack was updated, probably fixed the underlying brokenness that was causing it.

I got to lv 205 in a lot of time because I didn't almost play at all.

90*20 = 1800 days till 500 with passive login bonuses. At least its how im leveling last time.

I've started playing in December 2014, started power-leveling in January 2015 after reading about the future patch and level-bound equips. By the February and level ~380 the level gain kinda slowed down even with maxed AL, so I thought about buying a silver star, but due to the lack of sellers ended up buying 3 levels of exp hath perks for that money instead. Kept playing until the mid of April and was level 410 by the time I stopped. ~4.5 months total.
Came back in June with 0.82 and played until mid July when I ragequit after losing a ton of money in a lottery AND the patch preventing exactly that coming out literally the next day. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ~1.5 months.
Came back in January 2016, bought GS and played until May. ~4 months.
Came back once again in December, so I guess I'm on my 13th active month right now.

Well, technically you can revoke a PM by enabling 'tracking' and then removing it before it was read. Could that be the case here?
