I think it's more a fail when I was still a noobie and bought Soul Catcher...discovering that it doesn't increase the max fragments/day from 60 to 70 but only give you 10 free (basically lowering the fragments drop rate from REs)
So basically now I have both a regret and free fragments when I go on holiday (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

That's why I said 448-450. But I was silly and should have expected you to be more aggressive so you'd have gone 450 rather than 448

Are you sure about that? The release notes don't mention it being like that. For you the perk might not be too bad since you seem to always have equipment to Soulfuse, any extra fragments are useful. However, for most higher level players it's completely useless, they already have 10k+ Fragments just rotting in their inventory.

I haven't tested it properly but I don't drop more than 55-60 fragments average every 24h
So basically around 1 PM I get random 10 fragments and stop (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I have to test it properly after an holiday: fully restored fragment count, and see in a day of REs how many fragments I drop.
If it's ~60+(0.5*hours from first RE), it doesnt' increase the limit.
If its' ~60+(0.5*hours from first RE)+10, it does.

I was just trying to load Cloth section in Equipment Shop (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

At least several hundred equipment pieces, all with 100% condition. Seems like some level 500 player did a ton of Cloth armor shrining and dumped all the low quality equipment in Bazaar.

This slow loading has happened couple times before, every time with Cloth section.

Charged will probably be more helpful at first while you're still gearing up and gaining prof, because it significantly lessens incoming damage. Once that's less of an issue you might switch back to the Legendary if you want (or not, it has quite low EDB).
