Yea, ive got my pony set for ~2,1m or maybe it was 2,3m. It was still kinda cheap.

When you do transparent image for HV forum you should also double-check with the dark theme.

You want something like

with the background completely cleaned (and you pretty much always need to clean the borders).

I have the dark theme (best theme for the eyes).
I see the edges in the multiple stars, but I don't see a general problem since > 90% of users are Starless/GS/Catgirl

I can't be sure about others, but cutting out the background and putting transparency in it is something easily doable, even I can do that (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)
