Just a passing thought, but is there a reason for why Battlecaster suffix weapons don't have INT, WIS and MDB?
Being of the Batttle"Caster" it would make more sense if it had them.

No, there isn't. Some years ago they indeed had MDB and some also extra PABS.
Now they don't do anymore. Don't ask me why though.

different revisions, like many other things in the game. at the very beginning, they used to have MDB, INT and WIS, magic ACC and a tiny amount of ITR. then, an intermediate version with MDB, magic ACC but no ITR or PABs. as for current pieces, Mana Conservation and magic ACC, no ITR and no PABs.
as you can see, the only costants have been magic ACC, low/no ITR and something useful for spellcasters. don't ask me why this happened though (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

btw, there used to be another variety, named "of Focus", which had magic ACC and magic Crit.

So they just nerfed them and then added Mana Conservation?
