I'm pretty sure that changing the physical location (so a VPN) is the only way.
A good VPN tunnel shouldn't degrade speed that much, i think.

well , most of SE asia country block EH gallery (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

I don't know about thai & viet ~ need to ask aria & HD for this (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

But in Indo , Malay , Singapore ~ you need vpn / other unblocked thing like change DNS , proxy , etc
to reach gallery (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Huh, it's the opposite for me. Panda works fine, main tells me to gtfo. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Problem is, I barely use panda because of the gallery appearance delay.
There are some decent free proxies and vpns but it's still slower than without them.
