HV calcs are highly confusing in their inconsistency.

Like Scavenger, for instance, +100% isn't chance+100%, it's like chance+2.5% IIRC.

At the end of the day I look at the %'s thrown around and to me it's like, "it means whatever they say it means"...

Having tried the bonuses, I can say that cookies add up to each other.

the fact that the various bonuses stack multiplicatively is known. check here. simplify it a bit, and it basically says: base * stamina_gain * (perk + training)_gain * star_gain * award_gain * posting_gain
on the other hand, the table says that awards sum up, and you should add 1 to the total (base contribute)

Sure thing is that now, people that had 3 cookies and no special awards, have a +12.5% effective EXP income with this fourth cookie.

DwD with normal stamina now gives me around 4.395 billion exp instead of ~3.150 in the past, so it seems that the can and the cookie have increased the exp gain by ~139.5-140%

If we calc them all together it would be +330% exp (100+100+50+20+20+20+20) from +210% (100+50+20+20+20) so:
4.3/3.1 = 1.387 = +38.7%, aka 138.7% compared to before.
