it's not a bad idea, but remember to check game's requisites. depending on the virtualization platform it may or many not be possible to use it.

for example, Oracle VirtualBox (one of the best around) emulates your physical processor, but only a crappy GPU afaik. but tbh i never tried to install GPU drivers (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Last time I had to change locale I think I used [github.com] this.
I remember that it was working better than HF pAppLoc (and the UI is also better).

and everything works fine for me.
