Yes. Winning lots of trash. I just want to say that my chances of winning good stuff seems unreasonably low (I mean, after the 20k tickets ceiling was implemented). If 10B says winning in 1 lottery would decrease the chances of winning in another one, that I could refrain from buying tickets in those. But then it's more likely that I would be gone for good.

well, +1 ADB is negligible at my level already, letting apart at yours. either way, at my level 1 STR ~ 1.33 ADB. i guess at yours it may be 1 STR ~ 1 ADB. an average STR roll may be... uh... 80 at your level? forge it a bit and it'll surely be 100,, thus roughly +100 ADB. something like 1.2% for me, i guess for you it may be something like 0.5% or so. 1400 HP out of 30k means +4.2%.
i prefer +4.2% safety above < 1.2% offense, but a matter of perspective, i guess.

For 1H attack speed decreases the amount of counters and OC you get, so it ends up a bit slower (don't remember the actual time of haste vs not-haste, but usually not-haste is visibly faster).
Because of that AGI is actually useless for 1H.

AGI also means more PMI, so it's not completely useless. and to boost 1 Evade you need 25 AGI. simply take that, don't forge it and lower your PAB. or do nothing and enjoy your 6% Evade.

I'm not sure it's enough to totally ignore shields without END on them, though.

And, Mithril is an absolutely useless prefix.

Piyin's was the first one I came across in the Lrange, yet ppp82p seems to think I made an incredibly foolish choice in my purchase.

without even taking into account personal tastes, that's a pre-.82 buckler, so its block is quite lower if compared with a 0.82 one. not sure if it was a mistake, but it may have affected your test for sure.

please, sirs, do realize what you're speaking about, both of you. if you're simply discussing about the odds of winning and such, it's one thing. otherwise i could bet that most of the people around here may see this just as a debate among two long-streak raffle winners about who's winning more in terms of quantity and/or quality, when 90% of them couldn't even stand a chance to a fragments trophy to begin with.

Holy costs moderately more (and is a bit better).

It really depends on how good you want the gears to be. Assuming you're willing to spend a moderate number of soul fragments on each (say, soulfuse from 400-425 or so down to your level), you could probably get mediocre Legendary phases for 50k-200k each. Same for standard moderate proficiency cotton. They're quite common and cheap. The real problem is the staff, for which getting a matching type is pretty rare (and therefore valuable and expensive). The best types with moderate stats could go for 4m-15m. If you settled for a worse but still matching type (for instance, proficiency or EDB suffix) (all of these are Legendary of course), you might be able to find one for 200k-400k. They're not common, but they're not that desirable either, so there's little competition and price isn't high.

So a full "mediocre to moderate usable legendary set" could be bought for under 1m, if you have enough fragments. If you want good gears (such as gears worth forging), and not just OK-ish gears that you're happy to just be Legendary, price starts increasing dramatically, and you could pay 10 or 100 times that for a set, or more. Unless you're rich, avoid Radiant unless EDB is trash, else it'll cost too much, especially if Heimdall.

which one is better is depends on how to play. non-imperil /imperil.
holy is better for non-imperil since the proc.
and dark is better for imperil. dark mage can use williw which gives tons of deprecting prof. and makes imperil almost unresistable.
and holy obviously didn't get access to that kind of staff.

and Lmin EDB radiant sucks. it just like a Mag radiant.
