Probably the best Buckler of the Barrier I have seen is this: Legendary Mithril Buckler of the Barrier.

It was sold for 3.7M on Issarys 7th Auction, I wish I had been closer to level 400 then, I would have bid on it.

My current Legendary Reinforced Buckler of the Barrier is not too bad either, good enough for me.

Still haven't seen a Peerless Buckler of the Barrier, but the base block must be very close to 37.2%.

I'm not saying it's useless. It's pointless to say END > AGI in the 1H style.
It's so defensive as it is that it can clear GF with minimal effort...

For 1H attack speed decreases the amount of counters and OC you get, so it ends up a bit slower (don't remember the actual time of haste vs not-haste, but usually not-haste is visibly faster).
Because of that AGI is actually useless for 1H.

Considering that nowadays shields cost nothing I see no reason not go for the best.

A buckler of the barrier with 37+ block and SDE shouldn't go for more than 2-3M.

Only force shields with near PMax block + SDE actually sell for more than 5M.

If someone is doing 1H with light-armor is probably not interested in min-maxing so it's kind of a moot point.

You want DEA then, since strength is doing nothing for 1h mages (outside of increasing a bit OFC damage I guess).

I still have a buckler of nimble around for 1H mage if I will ever find the time to grind elemental prof.

Yes. Winning lots of trash. I just want to say that my chances of winning good stuff seems unreasonably low (I mean, after the 20k tickets ceiling was implemented). If 10B says winning in 1 lottery would decrease the chances of winning in another one, that I could refrain from buying tickets in those. But then it's more likely that I would be gone for good.
