I guess almost all the dw combinations work to a certain extent if paired with shade.

Shade of SD with DW Axe/Rapier of slaughter was pretty quick for SGs.. I liked the crits.

I really can't see a use for any 2H or niten style unless you're doing low difficulty crystal farming.

That shield was top tier when I first bought it.
I salvaged to get the materials back and re-bought it cause, well.. it was top tier when I bought it.

If you're interested in reinforced ones arialinnoc has a better one with equally wrong pabs that was in his shop and probably wouldn't ask that much for it.

If you want even non reinforced, there are even better ones, vriskaserket has a couple, and sssss2 has 4 or 5 ones in his legendary drops history (still in his inventory, you can make him an offer for sure) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I'm not saying it's useless. It's pointless to say END > AGI in the 1H style.
It's so defensive as it is that it can clear GF with minimal effort...

Please correct me if I'm missing something, but with +10 forged slaughter/protection, my 0.77 Rapier of slaughter, my supposedly shitty and previously very expensive buckler of barrier, running PFUDOR GF wasn't a problem.

block for sure. DEX too. then probably i'd say END - better be a little tankier than a tiny bit stronger. dead men tell no tales.
afterall 82 END (read: a mid-forged decent L roll) means 1.4k HP, comparable to VV perk.

I guess it's different when the player doesn't have maxed trainings and perks.

I would rather have +1 ADB than go from 30000 HP to 31400 HP >.>
