My wild guess is that he's a bot created by one of the guys that put kgp at prices like 400c each
And he sells cheap gp and buy expensive gp from multiple people (not that he could do otherwise (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) ) to cover himself (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
A pretty much clever way to pass himself some credits from the bot to his main account without risks...

Or maybe he's just dumb.
Dumb with millions of credits six hours after registration.

He did it twice (at least, the screenshot is too small, and I don't know if he did it some more times, but I suppose so since the kgp price changed abruptly yesterday).
He bought 60.000 kgp @350/400 (-22.5m)
He sold 60.000 kgp @250/300 (+16.5m)
He bought again 60.000 kgp @350/400 (-22.5m)
He sold them back once again (+16.5m)
Result: he lost 12m credits, and he has the same amount of kgp
