That was my first idea before thinking "hey, I didn't think about putting the rapier in offhand"
It's worse than Shortsword+Rapier for a couple of reasons.

First because Shortsword and Rapier have the same stats besides Str/Agi PABS, Acc and ADB, so why in the world would you put a rapier in mainhand? Shortsword is a better Rapier
Second you miss the Nimble suffix extra parry
Third the Acc on Shortsword is so high that Balance suffix is a waste on it. At that point you should go double slaughter, but then why putting the rapier in mainhand?

The only 3 shortsword+rapier combinations are these:
- Shortsword of Slaughter + Rapier of Slaughter -> Max Damage, Normal Crit, Normal Parry, Offhand Chance ~88-90%
- Shortsword of Slaughter + Rapier of Balance -> Normal Damage, Max Crit, Normal Parry, Offhand Chance 100%
- Shortsword of Slaughter + Rapier of the Nimble -> Normal Damage, Normal Crit, Max Parry, Offhand Chance ~88-90%

but yep, i see your point. Rapier of Slaughter is partly wasted since the ADB nerf on offhand, so i'd go for Nimble. dead men tell no tales, but Crit would still be decent

remember that there's both Balance and Nimble suffixes for Clubs. personally i'd go for one of those in this case too. Axe of Slaughter, obviously.

Proc are generally underwhelming, nerfing PA to be more in line with the others it shouldn't be that bad.
PA still needs to be better than other procs since rapier and estoc have generally worse stats than the alternatives.

But that's only the start, you then need to nerf OC gain from 1H (I would link it with the number of counter-hits, making it impossible to mantain permastance with just 1 counter-hit per round), slightly buff DW and rethink 2H and Niten.
Then you need to boost elem mage to compensate for imperil nerf etc etc.
It's not easy to make everything balanced viable.

i doubt he can create many mobs at this point. and even renaming one of them should cost him something like 45 tokens each.

At least in Memory are original. And don't end with 3 numbers between 001 and 200.

yours should be 0.81, judging from the EID.
