I'm abit confused, the wiki seems to state otherwise. Or is this part of the wiki just outdated?

There are 3 sets of rewards. The EXP rewards are strictly for gallery uploads while the others are for all toplists.

EXP Boosts

Users whose galleries rank in the top 25 for the day are rewarded passively during the period of time in which their galleries hold those ranks. The increased experience gain lasts between toplist calculations (~24 hours).

Even if you put the full package (20k tickets = 4~5m), since the ticket count is already >400k, you'd have less than 5% chance.
Even less if you keep in count that a lot of guys have for sure played the golden ticket.

Monsters for banned players are in fact removed regardless of their powerlevel, but it can take up to 30 days, depending on when they were last fed.
