Are you sure? Although mana consumption is high, to be sure, I'm not sure it's all that much of a credit drain. I'm tempted to think that all that really matters is that potions + elixirs are enough so that you don't run out.

I think Mystic is probably better - it's probably one of the best possible uses for Mystic, actually. Overdamage isn't bad at all for 1h mage because they take many hits to kill. (Radiant too costly for someone looking for a budget 1h mage of course, and charged is useless because incoming damage is near irrelevant)

Plus, Overpower is way better than Swift Strike as a "whoops" potency :v

Well doing ~10% more damage 40% of the time doesn't seem much and since spells are multi hit, the monster will get hit regardless anyway, so its not like im wasting turns.

Thus this leaves frugal as the best.

yep. but if you allow me, it was a despicable result. apart for the fact that teams were quite balanced, Real Madrid didn't deserve it at a "human" level. if nothing else, Pepe's simulations were simply embarrassing, and his tackle... even the referee looked smugly at him. Ronaldo was useless yet he kicked the last penalty so he was regarded as a hero. as for Zidane, well - i'm quite against Juventus and i'm italiano, so my opinion is quite biased. the goalkeeper mimicking Allahu akbar at every penalty wasn't a nice show to be shown as well at times like these.

but every cloud has a silver shining. positive note for some supporters - some major boobs every now and then. and a single RM shirt in between AM side. it's always nice to look at little things like these.
