just wondering, what are your Evade and Parry with such stats? is parry = 24.4 perhaps?

yeah, 65.4% evade chance and 24.4% parry chance with feather

which basically means 74% with Shadow Veil and that the only thing that gives you Parry is DEX PAB, so you may lower your DEX a bit to boost something else, but you'll immediately see 25 DEX = 1% parry.
in your shoes i would either try -3 DEX, +1 INT, +1 WIS or simply raise STR as much as possible jyust for the sake of finishing all EXP (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

But more base SP is useless for mages because they don't use Spirit Stance, and because both Spirit Shield and Spark operate off of a factor of base spirit.

500 base spirit, 1000 max spirit: Spark consumes 250 spirit, you can Spark 4 times, and draughts/potions restore 375 spirit (3/4ths of your base spirit, or 1.5x cost of Spark, or (3/8) of your total pool)

1000 base spirit, 2000 max spirit: Spark consumes 500 spirit, you can Spark 4 times, and draughts/potions restore 750 spirit (3/4ths of your base spirit, or 1.5x cost of Spark, or (3/8) of your total pool)

So more base spirit does nothing. For the same reason, the Suffusive Spirit perk is completely useless for mages. It used to be useful, because higher SP Tank % spirit means more Sparks and spirit shield absorption before you run out. But now there's no point, because the amount of base spirit doesn't matter.

If the Suffusive Spirit perk was useful, I'd definitely get it. But I'm a mage, so even though I have a whole lot of funds, there's no point. I imagine many other rich mages have had a similar thought process.

Today while looking at my post count in ask the experts, I saw that there's this person Tiap who I think is supposedly banned from HV.

Looking at his profile, I think he was pretty high level for that time, active in the forums, help out in galleries and gold star.

You could get the (cheater) flair for things like botting the old hath exchange, not just multi-accounting and botting the entire game. Tenboro used to just fine & brand people for the minor offenses, but the prospect of getting off lightly encouraged trying to get away with things. Tiap was still active in HV when I showed up in 2012, the (cheater) part eventually wore off, and he didn't get the gold star until much later.
