I'm sure it just means they make calls when the tags are brought up in the Abuse thread or a discussion thread. I think many taggers are not quite on the same page when it comes to NTR.

If you look at posts about NTR tagging recently you will probably quickly understand why a trusted justice dispenser to make rulings would be desirable.

You could get EDs a bit more when you shrine a few artifacts, but finally it is expected to average 20%.

in many forums user 1 is sort of a backdoor admin. something like the 'Administrator' account you see on windows only when rebooting in F8 mode. guess it can be hidden as well.
