If your sig is accurate and you really have lotd 5 and quartermaster 2 I don't even see how you can complain about the number of legs you got :|

By the way, I NEVER dropped a legendary outside REs.

And my gauntlets drop is cursed: I got five gloves out of nine legs.
Two phase, two cotton and one shade.
And I still have exq plate for self use...lol.

LOTD doesn't affect the number of Legendaries you get though... it affects the ratio of rare (ie phase/power/shade) to non-rares.

Not right, those are different numbers. The +25% is the multiplier, not the starting or ending base value (which is what we're interested in).

Higher quality gears are more likely to be rare type. If the chance of Leg rare type with maxed training is 20%, then the base chance is 16%.

I vaguely remember someone (the boss?) saying that the base chance for Peerless being rare type is 25%...?
