I think I'll swap out my current robe for a charged version. With 11.5% cast speed instead of 15% I get hit when trying to imperil a mob.

Need some luck, as there are few great 0.82+ Legendary Charged Cotton Robe of Elementalist. Same for my magic type.

I have enough soul fragments to soul bind two equipment sets regardless of quality or level, so... I wish soul fragments would be moved down to 5th prize.

That is a constructive suggestion I have to say!

erm... speaking about the same old thing Soul Fragments vs. a punch in the face, you guys do realize that it's completely useless to speak about that here, right? did you already propose it in suggestion thread?

and to be frank, if not annoying it may seem at least finicky to whine about lottery prizes, especially if you consider some people here don't have free GPs daily like me and some of you, rather they have to buy them: you don't like 3.5 prizes out of 5? why do you play a game which rules you don't like and whine if you don't win, if you win golden tickets because useless, if you win fragments, if you win a Peerless which isn't exactly useful for your build and maybe even if you win Blood Tokens? If I remember correctly that prof is old Lmax, it's not bad, but not "great" in my book.
imo when it comes to prof cotton, for some slots (one of them is body), the difference between old Pmax and old Lmax are rather big, so I personally only look for "great" ones.
On the other hand, the difference between old Lmax and old Pmax in some slots is not that big, so even old Lmax is acceptable.
