I was very happy to be able to sell mine for 8m a month ago, it didn't look like they were going to remain quite that valuable for long.

all equipments price is going down now except special prefix with great rolls (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Nope, that's probably due to the overflow of rapiers in auctions. You see at least 5 of these every week in both W's and aria's...

Compared to the past, top notch gears are now much more available to overall players. That's the reason the market prices are slowly falling.

Both cases are exact opposite. 1H is now more popular than before because of the new power slaughter ranges, and because of the new potion mechanics, players are dying less often, so their income in general have also gone up. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

more likely you half of 1H weapons you see are rapiers. then a club or two, maybe some wakis...

Yep, and it's more likely to get a non-special-prefixed good-rolled piece in an auction than ever.

Rich players do not need it. Poor players cannot afford it.
Common mid-level player (am I a high level player?) like me can only afford <6m for a single item.

BTW, when mage can clear GF faster, why 1H?

Mage can also be played lazy and safe, and also faster. Once you have the suitable equipment, mage is very safe. And I am sure a suitable mage set is cheaper than a suitable set of power slaughter with rapier/shield.

You meant Crytarium IV or V? It is rather expensive but most hardcore grindfesters have unlocked it anyway, and thanks to that crystal packs get cheaper and cheaper. Now is the best time to buy crystal packs and breed more mobs if you are not very active.

topic of the Rapier: of course you shouldnt forget the level, a lot weapons/gear is like level 470+ and theres still a lot people who arent even able to soulfuse them between 100 levels.. so why bother placing money on it, if it might be cheaper or you find something better once you hit that level
