more details about my problem:
google itself works as usual (text search, mail, etc)
page "google image search" also works as usual, but when i upload pic - it uploading too slow. (~1-2m to get search result page. and that page itself loads fast)
same actions through proxy - fast as usual.

well. if dont trust the one-click-miracle-tool there is an official download from bitvise and proxifier. but its not 1 click anymore.

Yep. It's either Slaughter, Balance, or a defensive suffix which doesn't help clearing time at all. And 1h doesn't need any defense anyway, except maybe in late GF, but there's no point to that anymore. So Balance is probably 2nd most desired.
