25 is quite unlikely, since many sellers noted they can earn up to 30M. let's say that minimum may be 28. consider also that when you donate 100$ you will be awarded 1M, so if you accept the fact of being bankrupt for a while then it's as your star will cost 27M

Since experience bouns become almost an disadventage after 400, I doubt if the price will really rise.
I haven't got any motivations to buy stars for a long time.

At the time I bought stars, it cost me 25-27m per star. 20m is a very rare price in the market.
