Yeah, the proficiency might be the biggest hurdle of Niten, even though you don't really need to have anything maxed. Keep the prof high enough to be usable. You're already a killing machine ~~.
(and the damages not on DW ! Point !)
That said, you don't really need two or three other sets, mainly just weapons to do the job (a good estoc in my case and some random one-handed to do DW which is easy anyway).
Then, it had always been said Niten was a way of playing for HL players. Only a crazy and stupid one like me do it from the start of the game.
