Yup. Actually, mage is even better than 2h on low difficulty, but mage also requires more initial investment.

2H for domino strike and since usually it hasn't that big of defense, having stun effect on mobs isn't so bad - apart from the fact that currently mace is the only viable 2H weapon.

though tbh i didn't try longsword or estoc recently... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Yeah, this sounds more accurate, though I'm not a 2h expert. Maybe lower level players / unforged players need the defense provided by a mace to get by in higher difficulties, but except for them, I think Estoc's firepower is preferable.

Sounds right enough. Low level players already lack defense. They need every bit of protection they can find.
