Chest piece is levelbound to half your level. Even an Average something would probably be better. Pants are not far behind.

If you want to forge, forge your shield. Its block is even better than mine - it's worth it - and getting block up via shield instead of armor means you're not halving your potential ADB.

miyake is right. Too much shielding, not enough damage, which hurts your survival more than it helps it. You don't even have to go for Power Slaughter if you don't want to - Power Protection or Warding is not bad if you're low on credits. Don't be afraid to get 0.81 gear.

True, but I block most of the attacks fortunately. When I get decent power slaughter I'll check that. Unfortunately, new 0.82 power slaughter ADB seems to be way weaker than before.

first of all , just buy some mag xxx rapier of slaughter (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
that will boost your damage output (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

than just change all your gears into power of warding, balance or protection to increase your damage (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

if you have more than enough credits , than hunt for power slaughter (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

judging by recent auction pricing, it should not cost more than a few hundred Ks.

I'm no expert, but you could spend about 250k on 2 PAB power slaughter and significantly increase your damage, thus increasing your survival and speed. There are several shops with power of slaughter items for 50k a piece.

more ADB is always good.

Yeah, I was aiming for Arch mage 5 and Econ 4. I got econ 5 a few times so I figured it wasn't as good if snowflake was granting it so easily. I currently also have a couple of frugal pieces that were awesome before 0.82 but are slighty depreciated in value now.

eco is nice to have because it spares mana, blah blah blah
archmage boosts your MDB so it's useful as well

Wait, before 0.82 godly mana pots were worth almost nothing because most people got more than what they could actually use and now that you have to sip draughts like crazy who are easily selling 25c and pots 95c and suddenly economizer is considered trash?

Items are more expensive, but now the issue is really just getting one's setup to be playable, right? With 0.82's infinite items, the cost of having only Eco 3 or 4 is having to spend a bit more on consumables (not bad, even if annoying) - whereas in 0.81 the cost was having to Tap (very very bad for time-efficient clearing). So even though consumables cost / are worth significantly more now, it sounds like Eco 5 is much less necessary, now that the possibility of running out of items and being forced to Tap is gone.

Well, if you're allowed to spam godly mana potions infinitely in battle, they would also sell at a good pirce

On a unrelated note, I need another 2.5k magic score to catch up to Danixxx @450. Hmm I think that was before the proficiency changes though.

Maybe I'll just calculate magic score including the impact of proficiency.

200% weapon accuracy means melee can't miss, please implement something similar for 200% magic accuracy, like first roll of resist is always successful. (Aka debuffs always land) Debuffs resisted = ;_;
