i guess that past a certain point PL's effectiveness is built up in a logarithmic way and it's better to rely on high number of mobs spawned (you don't know where to start, and meanwhile they will rape your tender ass at once) rather than only a very strong one (you kill it first and then the others are easy walk) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
plus, do we really want to speak about the huge number of crystals needed? i remember someone said that raising a mob to PL1000 was already a huge burden, letting apart PLmax (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

With the current rate, it's about 5M per monster to raise a PL 1000 (about 90 packs, from the wiki)
When I see the crystal costs for mine, I'm having nightmares (90 packs for the next PAB upgrade) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)
