I think the concept works mostly during the lower levels where you're moving from fair to average to superior gear (etc). Once you get into higher-quality gear and optimizing stats, upgrading becomes much harder because things like legendaries are still inherently rare. You have to rely on the community to find the things you need, but now there are roadblocks to trading...

nearly impossible for us to get full set gears we want to use with our personal drop (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
unless we have FoS and bunch of trophy to shrine (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)


last time I remember ichy get nearly full set leg shade of SD/fleet from TTT that he using it by himself (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Never actually believed in the propaganda and I still don't. I mean now Exq and Mags mostly drop with 2 PAB, light now drops with 1 less PAB... sure we have higher chance of drop but when they are just junk what difference does it make?

Heck now I start to even dread patches rather than look forward to them but some prefer to have change and head further into the nerfstorm than to stay in the "lesser nerf" area

Potions workaround is cool once you get the hang of it,
just need a wee bit more regen for draughts.

I have about 5 soul fragments now, looking forward to have 50.
I want to buy stuff worth soulbound under 1M.
I'd rather have the level restriction relaxed a bit.

According to the stats, legendaries are now ~4x as common as before and it may be much better if the rare tier is different from 2% (although the two legendaries I found since were cotton of warding). If it is as high as 20%, that would mean your are 40x more likely to get a good piece then before.

For light, you need to make sure the missing PABs is not END (25% chance?) or it is rubbish even for Peerless. Same for Shield I guess.

Im a bit confused about the scaling (trying to see if I can update the equip compare scipt). Are the displayed stats scaled to the gear's level (and therefore will never change, unless soulfused), or are they scaled to the viewer's level, while the true stats (what he will really get) aren't shown?

For example, if there's a level 400 gears, what will a level 500 and level 300 player see when they view it, its level 400 stats, or stats that correspondingly scale to their levels?

They scale to gears' level if they have level. The stat scales to viewer level if the equipment is Level Unassigned.

You can check my staff 1, it is at my level. Other things in my sig are Level Unassigned.
