I don't have total capacity etc tracked, but did the total H@H volume drop kind of severely? (i remember it being around 23GBit/s for EU/Africa and now it's just above 19GBit/s)

At your level, maybe to 100 or so. Before level 300 or so, players gain more power/toughness overall from leveling up than from equipment, for the most part. But you'll probably want to find some better gear starting around level 150-200 (monsters become a whole lot tougher then), so it'd be good to have enough credits saved when that comes around.

Once (if) you get a set you're reasonably happy with in all slots, level 200-250ish, you might continue training Adept Learner to 150 or 200 or so (when you have sufficient income for it).
