er , is playing in IWBTH is good enough to get some juicy drop ??? Speaking of rebalancing numbers...
a "perfect" weapon with spirit syphon has only a 25% chance... of draining 2.6~ spirit points... out of a pool of ~1000+ (for most regulars).
