what are the best prefix and suffix for a buckler?

Prefix: Reinforced is the best. 2nd is Zircon, 3rd is Ruby.
Suffix: Barrier comes in 1st place, and 2nd place goes to Nimble. Bsttlecaster is more of a personal collection type.

I thought agile would be the best prefix though.

Agile in buckler is good if you're going for a full Agile armor set and Swift Strike Lv.5 in the mainhand weapon.

Well, does anyone really use buckler instead of force shield here?

1. Top notch buckler of Barrier has nearly the same amount of block as an Emax Force Shield. But bucklers has innate mitigations and almost no interference.
2. A good buckler of battlecaster can have ~50 less interference than a force shield.
3. Bucklers can have "of the Nimble" suffix, which gives and extra ~9% Parry. Mind that Nimble suffix is not available for any other shields.

though on the other side they require almost immediately HG wood and high-tier catalysts, so maybe it's not so convenient credit-wise...
