Some people are lazy to farm for artifact to max their PAB.
When running IW and GF, Stamina can hit 20 in a day.

you were quite lucky i guess. but you have to consider also that some people only want to go for bonus PABs - yes, strange but true - so when they are all maxed they don't bother anymore with the gamble and are happy enough with the (small? decent? whatever...) incoming of an artifact.

and btw, since 2hath cost pretty much like an artifact, gambling is useful only when ED price is high imo

I cant see the prices raise again. What is really sad, now that i get finaly some really hath every day. Well, at least that just make it just even more easier to get some hath perks.
