In the last few weeks, i have drunk nearly daily one or more ED. So i guess, it was altogether 20 ED or so. I didnt buy a single one, i got them all through artifacts. And this just with archaeologist 5, so i cant see that they are really rare.

The "hightest" bonus stat is on 30. Does that answer your question?

Scremaz, FYI, I get about as many EDs as Stulpen, with similar trainings.

You too? In that case i dont get it why there are people who need to buy them. I had never problems to get enough EDs to take one when i had the time to use them.
