As long as this is an official chat thread, I hope I'm right in assuming it wouldn't hurt to ask a general question:

How do artifacts work in terms of drop rates/locations? Is there a chance for them to drop in all things equally (IW, Arena, Grindfest) or just specific areas, and is that chance affected by difficulty? Is there a difficulty threshold below which Artifacts will NEVER appear?

Pretty sure it's the same chance across everywhere and all difficulties. It's just a very low chance.

Since you have Golden Handshake you don't have an equipment limit anymore? I don't recall seeing that added. Can you also confirm that you no longer have any COD fees for anything you send or receive using MM.

I am fully aware of all auction fees. It disgusts me to even have someone like you suggest that I don't know about them when I've known about them for over two months now. I do not think I am making a profit. I am just selling hath I get because that is what I do.
