You only plan to nerf/buff/change/mangle/revive ALL THE THINGS! If no one else, Scorpio and grumpy will love it. I've basically stopped even trying to figure out where Elemental Mage will end up after it all shakes out.

I was honestly expecting the patch a week ago when the Karma perks got nuked, but I suppose those systems are relatively unrelated.

It is going down, but slowly. In europe (and in japan as mtgox's concerned) you can still cash bitcoins.

Aparently DHS closed just the bitcoin into cash service, but nothing prevents from it being substituted by a new service. It is a lot better than expected.
