I have finally fought my own monster on two occasions. He does decent damage but isn't as scary to fight as his namesake.

But actually I am finding some better shade, at least better than this one,
having 6 PABS, something at least MAX ADB, MAX STR, MAX EVADE (I guess that is what you mean a better stats...)
Of course I would like to pay 100K
(And if I can use 100K to get one, I am welcome the one who buy mine with 300K junk return to me)

You don't have to do that—he just needs to become a wise spender. Anyway, that's why I usually shop for people instead of donating Credits, and then leaving them on their own.
