Mind telling us how many bronies has Eila killed this far ? And her PL maybe ?
According to the wiki, at her last scan she was 1435, which means that according to the formula for the max monster's PL you can encounter, you'd have to be at least 346 to fight her.

Her PL is still 1435 because the crystal spawn rate in the bazaar is so low (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I'm hoping to increase her to level 1501, but she might lose 50 levels depending on whether Tenboro replaces Soul resistance with something worth the same number of levels or refunds it with crystals. He's probably already decided what he's going to do, but he refuses to put us out of our misery and tell us his plans (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

She doesn't get many kills:

Battles Won: 64,627
Killing Blows: 21,841

Her kill rate in 0.73 is somewhat better than 0.72, but still pretty low. She should be given free wins/kills.

I think I've extracted the maximum potential whine from this post, so I'll leave it at that.

I just noticed you are lvl346, the limit to encounter her x)

I guess the reason why she has a low kill rate may be because people flee when they see her (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

The min lvl to face 501st is actually the 246 mark in IWBTH. By lvl 346, most players would be more than capable enough to take it on without too much problem unless they're far into grindfest or high quality IW run. Fleeing when it spawns is a thing of the past now.

That's most probably the case, since there are bids on every stat crystal (except fortitude), and I can get some with the minimal bid.
I suppose if the bids are equal, you get an equal quantity.
