Or....just upload that and focus a reload by Ctrl+F5. The old avatar is cached in your comupter and won't update even if you choose to upload a new avatar. (I've tried that once. Those avatar just hates to be updated until you force them)

it worked fine for other pics i tried after that one messed up but when I went back to that one pic it keeps showing the same wrong pic. and I did refresh a few times, I'll see what happens in a few hours
