Seriously, though, aren't Energy Drinks what's bringing the inflation? Without them and an exhaustion curve a little steeper people wouldn't (or couldn't) spend whole weeks in a grindfest or whatever.
For example: 99-90=great, 89-70=normal, 69-50=poor, 49 and less=exhausted. Once you get to the point where you wouldn't get a frickin' dime or drop or XP no matter what you do and you can't regain stamina if not by taking a rest, you're sure to stop.
