I believe you need 5250 Forge XP to go from 20 to 21. My method would mean that you could do it by Salvaging 525 Legendary drops. Obviously that's not something any can or would do. I just feel every little bit would help.

There's also where you get Forge XP based on the material you actually get from salvaging. +1 for LG, +2 for MG, +4 for HG from unforged gear. For gear that has been forged there could be a capped cumulative total based on the quality of the specific piece.

Nope. 16 are available right now. H@H is a good method too but that is dependent on your ISP.
