the number of monsters in the 400-450 range keeps growing. so any one monster will be in fewer battles unles you keep upgrading them and ss long as you keep your monsters PL above the mass number of them at 400 an army should still bring you a lot of stuff depending on how often you check them too. A few very high monsters could bring in a lot of stuff too if they can get wins every few hours. I check my every 6, 8 or 12 hours if I'm around.

No, you need 1 actuator to unlock each new level of upgrades. You used 2 of them to get level 2 str so you won't need to use another until you want to upgrade something to level 3.

The 150K one should be enough. The 1M pair is nice but if you don't use Plate Legs all the time what's the point?

Its when you can do them on IWBTH and get +3 to the same thing that makes it worth it.

people over pay for stuff all the time. for most people it would be much smarter to spend 1 mil on a full set of good gear then to spend 1-2 mil on just one great piece.

True but it can't be helped when people don't want to sell good pieces for less than what someone might have over-payed for mediocre piece. Or when a really good piece pops up and bid wars commence.
