In the 17 IW I did tonight, if the item didn't get +3 to the same potential after the first run it did get the 3rd level of that same potential in the next run.

lol I've got more legendary's to level then I have time for, so I don't need to do one for free (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I recall I was initially identifying the ponies by their hair style (or hat) and wings, but I just found myself doing it by their eyes. o_o;
Sometimes the wings and hair are a tad too blended with the background to be able to tell by them alone.

How distinct a feature do you think eyes are in identifying the ponies? Other totally reliable ways?

I can't remember the last time I saw Fluttershy anyway.
