Some time after the last update my ToB counter disappeared in the RoB while using custom fonts.
I've always had a slight overlap in the arena page, "challenge" etc. is pretty much right below "endgame" with the lower line going through every word. Still easily readable though, so no big deal.
e: I remember when I was using firefox I had an addon (I think) that removed every overlapping while using custom fonts, like the proficiencies in the sidebar on my character screen. Can't remember what it was called though. D:

I've always had overlap between the arena pages on Chrome and Firefox with custom fonts. It's even doing it with the HV font engine now though, so that doesn't seem right.

With the HV font engine on, I've had the Endgame Arena overlapping with the 2nd page heading field ever since I updated/upgraded to Firefox 16.0.1. Failing to remember whether that was from 15.0.1 or 16.0.
