There aren't any yet. I don't code stuff for one person.

ehm don't take this as offence but in the case of pre nerf equipment you introduced worse items...
it's right to reward the betatesters and long time players, but they had way too advantages (pre nerf item, more credits drop and less training prices)

"Pre-nerf" items are essentially items generated before the equipment generator was fixed to avoid overstepping the set bounds on stats. Unless I start wiping the game after each major patch, those imbalances will remain. Outside of that, the primary advantage for long time players is simply having played longer.

Let's hope that these new items will not make the current non pre-nerf items unnecesary

Given how rare really good drops are it will take a loooooong time to make the current equipments unnecessary.

Im not even sure If I should keep on collecting FSM trophies or just go for a new staff right now.

Don't tell me you ever played an MMO that didn't introduce new and better items from time to time.

I was a coder for a private RO server for a short time in college, but in general I don't like MMOs. Part of HV's appeal for me is its basically a single-player game with a community attached. There's no requirement for parties in order to complete certain tasks. There's no boss monster that can't be killed or dungeon that can't be cleared solo. The community just creates a place where we can share our experiences and engage in a limited form of trade -- I don't need the community if I don't want it.

New and better items is fine, but if they're just the same stuff with an extra ability because of some new code, its kinda annoying. Especially since it takes forever to get good drops. I know I'm just repeating this again and again, but I would still like the option of "updating" old equipment for a price. If part of that price is base stats being capped to match the new limits, then that's something I'll have to consider if that upgrade is worth it or not.

Can you just tell us now what Chaos Tokens will do? It'll at least help ease some anxiety.

Razorflame claims to have bought one from the bazaar. It seems that he is the only non admin who has one

I've seen some other interesting items in the Bazaar, but none so interesting as this Token:

I have no idea what it does. Has anyone else gotten any of these?

Sounds promising, it's a good thing I already have a healthy stash then. 62 currently and growing almost daily.
