I figured he intended to bid on the helmet or just didn't like the concept of a fake bidder

It's the first time I've seen people make so many bids outside of the final 3 hours of an auction.

Passive blacklisting is troublesome in more ways than one.

How about jotting down that Banned Bidders list so auctioneers and other bidders can actively ignore them?

This way the auctioneer can keep an eye on them and single them out in the OP if when needed.

I only have my normal lag if I have a bunch of seeded torrents running, or if my someone starts streaming shit across the house. My connection is shit though.

I think HV has been running slower and slower the past week or so. It "seems" the popup for clearing each round takes longer to load and go away. When I first started to use that script to goto the next round I wouldn't see what dropped but now I have time to see all the drops.

Is there a faster version of that script or are they all the same speed.

Of course you can. Once you have a list of full-blown offenders, the auctioneer has just to write

"Bids made by
Mr. X
Mr. Y
Mr. Z
are invalid.
Disregard them."

in the opening post.

It's not about "feeling you're being trolled", it's about auction history and known behavior of given users.

The host has the right to protect his auction and exclude whoever shouldn't take part in it.

God that was awful. It took me around 6-7 continuous hours to sort that out and send everything.
