Well, then it's okay. But there is some obvious details:

1. Fee must be high enough to prevent people from acting stupid. I think 1mil or 100 hath would be good.
2. Also it may include the recommendation system: to join the club you need recommendations from 3 members. But there is an other side - it may lead to bribing and shit. Plus we'll need to pick a base pool of members for it. And then appears the question about picking this base pool.
3. And btw, who'll be a receiver of the fee? I bet Rainbro don't check his MoogleMail like...ever.

100 hath/1 mil seems like a lot from my standpoint (which would be i've never seen 7 digits in my own possession), the recommendations could be a good one though, maybe something like having a council, you petition for membership, etc. And who knows for the fee, maybe a new Auction Bot©.

However, if the ability to easily implement it isn't there in the first place, as derpymal was saying, I guess there's little point in debating it as whatever time would be spent on screwing around with the forum code could be spent on making another hole for us to toss credits into.

When i guess as a community we could just have a nice stickied thread of blacklisted people and their infractions, and everyone just ignore their posts during auctions. That would likely be the easiest way to do it, even though it results in no consequences aside from being ignored past the first time.

As varst seemed to say, people can't follow rules, so asking them to uphold a blacklist would be funny.

Cleared a 39 round IW. Wound up using up all my items, I only brought 1 Greater Health Potion, 1 Greater Mana, and 1 Superior Mana potion. Didn't use my scroll of shadows or go Spirit stance. I cleared it by the skin of my teeth though with barely enough mana to recast protect and cure if things went sour on the last round. Had only 400 HP when I got out. L

-huge buffs to legendaries
-huge buffs to non ilvl63 weapons (first thing in the ah that I saw was a 1,1k dps 1h ilvl61)
-some tweaks to monster affixes, I love the new shielding compared to bs it was before
-some tweaks monster hp&dmg i.e. normal mobs slightly stronger, elites weaker
-leveling past 60; another 100 levels to grind with levelup stat bonuses and 3% mf/gf each
-straight buffs to like... 50%+ of all abilities

Should be most of it, I dare say the game is now actually release worthy.

I've been on battle.net since '97-'98 and wanted to have d3 to come out right after LoD. But from a lot of the talk about it they seemed to fuck it up. When I do pick it up I hope its going to be more fun then what it seemed to be at the release. It really is too bad they couldn't have made the game they were talking about for so long.

Well, thank you 4Ever for the mace. The only downside is that I'm back up to casting spells at 112% cost without that Buckler I just purchased from ohmightycat at 1500c. I'll give it a try in an arena I've cleared before but haven't done yet today.

Well you could always try a battlecaster weapon. The thing is going 1HD/shield you only hit 1 monster at a time for low damage. going 2hd you do more damage and can hit more monsters so each round should take fewer turns (less need to cast spells). also since the mace has stun you shouldn't get hit as much so you won't need to heal as much.

now if you just want to go DW or 1HD/shield, that works too. Different setups work better then others for things, try 2HD in grinding lower levels and maybe use the shield vs a boss or something.

Well, I definitely had fun today, still some really annoying mob/affix combinations but no retarded 2-shot packs anymore. (talking about act3 inferno, below that was fine even before I'd say)
However, getting good gear gets ridiculous, in DII I could work up my way to good gear with pgems and crafting runes, now in DIII there's like three tiers starter gear for ~50k a piece decent gear for ~1-2m a piece and then the good gear is all 50m+. x_o

Shouldn't this go in Ask the Experts?

Different equipment sets are for different fighting styles. For example, I'm a mage, but I like to go two-handed melee on Thursday afternoons. Switching between equipment sets is easier than individually unequipping/equipping every equipment slot.

Shitty stats, but it has 199 levels in the item world.

At least it will have 4+ level for both Butcher and Swift Strike so it will not be very poor.

This just dropped for me in a Nightmare difficulty arena using that mace!
