The problem is unfixable unless you cut all bluish pixels. Let me explain.. There are 97 frames with Pinkie on. And the blue pixels you see are actually in part transparent.
The original banner I made was this:

But Tenboro wanted one with a transparent background to save in file size. As you can see there's no bluish aura around her on the original banner. That's because once you save it as a gif with a transparent background it'll make all partially transparent pixels increase in contrast which adds those pixels once again. The point is.. the original magic wand cut wasn't half-assed. It was just right for my original banner.

It has been updated after the patch and I seems to be working well for me.
It would be nice if somebody who knows more of the scaling factors could check it.

Uh.. like three minutes. Most of which was figuring out where I put the original avatar and the hat template.

The scaling factors have changed in this patch so it must be wrong.
The question is if all the new scaling factors are correct in [userscripts.org] Hentaiverse Equipment Comparison?
