On non-ethereal weapons yeah. I assume it will have a different name for ethereals where you get the elemental strike thing.

Juggernaut is pretty nice (HP Bonus +2.48 %). Rest not so much. Though imagine you got 9 levels in a single element mitigation.. That would so beat the special element mitigation suffix. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

The whole thing with flimsy items was to grind a lot of levels on a high setting. That seems gone now even grinding anything in an IW.

At one time the deeper you went in a GF, IW the better stuff you got. With only 25 rounds for a Flimsy it's kind of jacked. I wanted to get that stuff to the 500 range. If you wanted to grind in something else, with a limit of 200 rounds for a legendary you just can't do it anymore.

IW random wpns: 134 rounds for superior, 162 for exquisite, 177 for magnificent (168 prepatch). Of course the one i'm most interested in IWing is the magni. fuck.

New IW is pretty cool. Now I have a reason to max the several Mage Profs while grinding my weapon, the other weapon, the hat, the shoes, the pants, the Breastplate, the [...]

That's a good question. Judging from the staffs I see in the bazaar, I can only assume that ET doesn't scale anymore?
