Max Holy and Dark EDB, max Mana Conservation, that's pretty much the best you can expect. Besides getting the name correct, I'll be hard-pressed to see a better staff.

i'm just talking about accuracy. not about the actual likelihood of it hitting the monster - which would vary too much depending on what monster spawned

edit: hmmm i guess for clarity before people get confused. i meant he'd have 100% chance to hit if he also had 100% anti evade/resist. which is something many others cannot do

Specifically, this affects accuracy, avoidance and mitigation stats. - Attack and Magic Accuracy increased from 75% to 80% base. Every 10 points of DEX/WIS adds a 1.0% bonus while every 10 points of AGI/INT adds a +0.5% bonus. -- Obviously, this means that Accuracy can no longer be increased naturally to 100% or above, even with spells. A few consumables can however still do this.

when i tested that a few patches ago i went all fox gear + Legendary/Focus staff. think i had 99.97 or .98 and it still sucked.

Yes, you can hit 100% and I said so awhile ago. Just need a godly focus staff and lots of forging/levels

Once your staff says 100%, you won't miss. You will just be evaded, and resisted, and probably troll parried to make you go WTF
